Mrs. Comfort Boog-Paye is a highly skilled professional in Public Administration, holding a Master’s Degree in the field and having over 15 years of experience in both academic and practical settings. She specializes in resource mobilization, governance, and strategic planning, with a particular focus on empowering vulnerable groups and promoting sustainable economic development.

As a Senior Lecturer at the A. Romeo Horton College of Business and Public Administration at the University of Liberia, Mrs. Boog-Paye mentors future leaders and contributes to advancing knowledge in public administration. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Yes We Can Young Women and Mentoring Development Program, an initiative aimed at empowering youth. Additionally, she is a co-founder of the Association of University Women Lecturers of Liberia, which connects women educators across higher learning institutions in the country.
